You sent the wrong email, or a wrong attachment, or to the wrong person, or with a silly typo. Here’s how to recall it Outlook (Windows): Go to Sent Items, open the email, click the three dots, More Actions → Recall This Message. Choose delete or replace. Outlook (Mac) Same, open the sent email, click the three dots, Recall Message. It only works if the recipient hasn’t opened it yet. It only works if they’re on the same Microsoft Exchange server as you, so internal emails only. It will NOT work
